Senior Project Manager, RISK, Banking, Global, Change
Our client, a prestigious financial institution in Zürich, is currently looking for a Senior Project Manager with experience in large complex organizations within finance for a global risk programme.
Responsibilities:
- Drive design, documentation, change request sign-off
- Manage BA and testing team
- Act as the SME
- Ensure deliverables meet required quality standards and are delivered in time, cost and scope
- Allocate resources and oversee analysis tasks
- Resolve interdepartmental analysis issues
- Senior stakeholders management
- Manage project materials: project plans, risks, issues management tools
- Propose new initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of the programmeme
- Develop and maintain a Communications Plan
- Report status and management reports to various governance committees
Requirements:
- Banking background and experience in change management
- Several years of experience as a Project Manager in a complex organization and global programmes
- Good understanding of risk data and process
- Proficiency in English
This candidate will be joining one of the most complex and challenging Risk programmes in Zurich and will be involved with many of the regulatory changes on the market. The role is within the CRO Change organization, that is amongst others responsible for providing effective risk oversight, running well-controlled processes, proactively supporting the business in shaping its risk profile and aligning the strategy execution with shareholders and regulatory requirements.
The potential Project Manager will be responsible for defining, leading and managing the delivery of large and complex change projects across different programmes within a fast paced environment.
