Your Skills
- From 5 to 10 years in Information Security Management in which the candidate was responsible for or involved in the implementation of Information Security Governance and Data Privacy projects
- Excellent knowledge of Data Privacy law, standards and regulations
- Excellent knowledge of various security standards (eg ISO 27001:2013)
- Multidisciplinary approach:
- Applying expertise and technology
- Developing results & meeting
- Formulating strategies and concepts
- Leading and supervising
- Legal interaction experience
- French & English fluent mandatory
- Bachelor's and preference for an IT engineer
- IT Security certification is a plus such as: ISO 27001 Lead Auditor/Implementer, ISO 27005 Risk Manager, CISSP, CISM, Cobit
- Data Privacy certification is a strong plus such as: CIPP - Certified Information Privacy Professional, CAPD - Certificat d'Aptitude à la Protection des Données, CIPD Certificat d'Implémentation de la Protection des Données
- MS Office/Proficient
Your Tasks
- Collaborating closely with various teams across Client (eg Corporate Governance, IT CC, Business Services, Legal ), the Data Privacy Compliance Specialist, as a Data Privacy Expert, is responsible for:
- 1. Data Privacy Strategy & Design
- The Data Privacy Compliance Specialist will propose a Data Privacy strategy and design in order to assist Client in its compliance initiative. It includes collecting requirements, creating a planning and a project plan, designing the Data Privacy framework in close collaboration with all stakeholders.
- 2. Data Privacy Assessment
- The Data Privacy Compliance Specialist will realize a global Client Data Privacy Assessment across identified Client Services.
- 3. Data Privacy Implementation and Operation
- The Data Privacy Compliance Specialist will coordinate and support recommended compliance remediation actions and initiatives (both legal & IT) identified during the Data Privacy Assessment. Therefore, the Data Privacy Compliance Specialist will establish and maintain the relationship with the internally focused groups that will own and set product specifications, designs and architectural constraints.
