Job Description:
- The candidate must have hands-on experience in writing Unix/Linux scripts
- The candidate should have 4-5 Years of development experience in JAVA/J2EE; knowledge of JAP/DAP development is a strong plus
- Excellent knowledge of SQL and Oracle PL/SQL
- Very good understanding of Unix, Linux based Operating System
- Experience in Software Development Life Cycle involving analysis, development and testing.
- Should have hands-on experience (Development, Unit/System Testing) in UNIX-based projects.
- Knowledge in Configuration Management and development tools such as SVN, eclipse, Toad, Tectia
- In addition to technical depth, the candidate needs to be an excellent team player and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Very good English skills for collaboration with vendor, interface teams and TS (German would be a plus)
Desirable Skills:
- Relevant industry experience of JMS, Hibernate, Spring
- Experience in development with WebLogic
- Knowledge on Java/J2EE build and deployment Scripting using ANT, Maven
- knowledge in collateral management space, securities lending or OTC derivatives
- Knowledge of CS development tools and platforms, testing and deployment processes
- Sound testing and quality management skills
- Good team player and social skills
