Wir suchen ab sofort für unseren Kunden eine Person mit PM-Erfahrung (wichtig: kein Projekt-Leiter sondern der der die delegierten Aufgaben ausführt!) und sehr guten Englisch Kenntnissen für eine sehr spannende Herausforderung:Hauptaufgaben:
• Managing project information to support project teams and management teams
• Supporting the Project/Product Leaders and the project teams throughout all phases of the project,
• Managing project and product risk, incl. critical path, risk assessment, identification of mitigations,etc
• Collecting the relevant key performance indicators as well as preparing and communicating reports on the project
• Creating and maintaining of task-, resource- and budget plans of cross-functional and multi-site projects
• Identifying potential bottlenecks or delays and proactively challenging assumptions
• Tracking of the project activities and of the dependencies with other projects
• Creating the required project documentation as well as supporting and guiding the preparation of this documentation
• Participating in and partly leading of relevant project meetings as well as moderating of workshops and presenting at meetings
• Acting as an interface between the different functions within a project and also to outside functions and other projects
• Implementing processes and best practices within the projects and project teams and thereby fostering continuous improvement and ensuring knowledge and experience exchange
Anforderungen:
• Universitätsabschluss
• Zertifikat in Projektmanagement von Vorteil
• 5 Jahre praktische Erfahrung in ähnlicher Position
• Erfahrung mit Datenerfassung und - analyse
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office; MS Project von Vorteil
• Englisch und Deutsch ein Muss
