Project Manager
We are looking to find a responsible and open minded candidate who adds value to our client's IT team. Our client is an international Swiss Bank.
Overview of Business Area/Project:
This role will be located in Private Banking & Wealth Management in the Investment Guideline Monitoring Switzerland team within the Asset Management Division in Zurich.
Key Responsibilities:
Project execution, tracking and progress reporting
Maintain project approach and task list, contributing to project governance
Working with IT to ensure that agreed milestones are met
Planning, execution and reporting of the migration of investment guidelines from a Legacy system to a new system
Review of existing processes/documentations, operating models and service level agreements
Propose process improvements and document
Prepare management presentations
Interface with consultants, partners and clients to determine requirements and problem solving strategies
Required Skills/Experience:
Essential:
- Experience of leading multiple projects in the Banking sector
- Business/IT alignment: close interaction with IT project managers resp IT developers
- Understand IT processes, interface design, interface implementation
- Preparation of management presentations
- Expert skills in MS Excel, MS Powerpoint
- Excellent communication skills, proactive approach
- Fluent English language knowledge
Desired:
- Knowledge of Asset Management industry (funds, mandates); investment guideline monitoring a plus
- Experience in investment guideline monitoring/investment controlling
- German is advantaged/desired
