Introduction:
Since its founding in 1997 ITech Consult AG has expanded its network of freelance IT continuously. Today we have access to over 30,000 reported IT specialists (developers, system specialists, project managers, supporters, etc.). So we are able to present computer science professionals with the required profiles in a short term.
Role:
-Managing project information to support project teams and management teams (eg Project Steering, Operations Instrumentation Leadership, etc.) in their decision making
-Supporting the Project/Product Leaders and the project teams throughout all phases of the project, ie project setup, planning, implementation, progress- & cost control, and closing
-Managing project and product risk, incl. critical path, risk assessment, identification of mitigations, and actively contributing to the tracking of risks and mitigations
-Collecting the relevant key performance indicators as well as preparing and communicating reports on project status and project progress
-Creating and maintaining of task-, resource- and budget plans of cross-functional and multi-site projects and identifying potential bottlenecks or delays and proactively challenging assumptions
-Tracking of the project activities and of the dependencies with other projects
-Creating the required project documentation as well as supporting and guiding the preparation of this documentation by other functions
-Participating in and partly leading of relevant project meetings as well as moderating of workshops and presenting at meetings
-Acting as an interface between the different functions within a project and also to outside functions and other projects
-Implementing processes and best practices within the projects and project teams and thereby fostering continuous improvement and ensuring knowledge and experience exchange
Requirements:
-7+years of work experience in project management and tasks Involvement in data collection and data analysis
-A certification or training in project management is an asset
