Transition Manager Advisory System

Our client is a bank with international approach located in Zurich. The firm offers a very professional environment where you will have the chance to use your skills within an experienced team.
We are looking for a Senior Consultant with strong exposure in private banking products, IT, and experienced in management, training and coaching.
Tasks
- Supporting Front Office staff in all inquiries about a new advisory system and dashboard application (2nd level) via email, phone, meetings
- Analyse requests, maintain FAQs and present materials for training
- Prepare of progress and error reports
- Analyse Data (transition reviews, migration preparation, potential problems)
Requirements
- More than 5 years of relevant work experience within banking or the financial industry
- Good knowledge in Front Office banking (organization, processes etc.)
- IT background in order to process data analysis with IT staff
- Good analytical skills
- Good communication skills
- Fluent English & German, language skills
This is a fantastic contract opportunity to join a leading bank, working within an exciting and fast paced environment.
The assignment duration is planned for 1,5 years.
