Für unseren Kunden in der Zentralschweiz suchen wir per sofort einen "Project Manager PMO".Main Tasks:
Provide Project Management Office support to the TALL Program:
+ Drives project risk management using defined tool and process.
+ Guides and coordinates preparation of project milestones making sure documents are updated and completed by the responsible authors.
+ Facilitates project related meetings by setting agendas, creating minutes and following up on action items.
+ Creation of regular project reports: progress, scope, timelines, milestones, budget, risks, burn-up charts.
+ Extract financial information from the standard R&D reporting tool, on a regular basis.
+ Support as required project planning activities. (SCRUM).
Secondary Tasks / Duties:
• Maintain / update the team's reporting solution based on Tableau technology.
• May provide support for the management of the budget for the projects that compose the TALL Program.
Requirements:
+ University Degree, at least Bachelors. Masters Degree is a plus.
+ At least 3 years of experience providing PMO services.
+ At least 3 years of Project Management experience.
+ Solid knowledge of IT Agile/SCRUM Project Management.
+ Experience with MS-Project and the MS Office Suite.
+ Fluency in oral and written business English.
+ Plus: knowledge of Tableau for data visualization.
+ Plus: knowledge of Roche's Diagnostics DCC process.
+ Plus: previous experience in supporting a Roche Professional Diagnostics' Project(s)
Further remarks:
It is expected that the person will travel to (Waiblingen, Germany) for 1 or 2 days every 3 weeks.
