Transition Manager/Support Manager

Our client is a bank with international approach located in Zurich. The firm offers a very professional environment where you will have the chance to use your skills within an experienced team.
We are looking for a contractor/consultant with strong exposure in the technical and business side of Murex, having worked in a similar role. We are looking for a Senior Project Manager for future solution of authentication and authoriazation with E-banking without current hardware devices (Sentinel).
Tasks
Supporting front representatives in all inquiries about advisory offering and dashboard application (2nd level) via email, phone, meetings)
Analyse requests, maintain FAQs and present materials for training
Prepare of progress and error reports
Analyse Data (transition reviews, migration preparation, potential problems)
Requirements
More than 5 years of relevant work experience within banking or the financial industry
Good knowledge in Front Office banking (organization, processes etc.)
IT background in order to process data analysis with IT staff
Good analytical skills
Good communication skills
Fluent English & German, language skills
This is a fantastic contract opportunity to join a leading bank, working within an exciting and fast paced environment.
The assignment duration is planned until for 1,5 years.
