Junior Technical Writer required to work on a project for a major pharmaceutical in Switzerland.
Main Tasks:
Planning, organising, preparing, implementing and evaluating training measures and learning arrangements in the areas of organisation information/communication technology and methodology.
Providing operational support for the rollout of Google+, globally, guidance of larger groups joining G+ and creating a community, facilitating workshops with interested business functions to provide guidance, share user cases, best practices and success stories. You act as a contact for business functions during the on-boarding and rollout phase.
Main Skills:
Prior experience in supporting technical applications or systems, preferably cloud based collaboration and/or productivity tools as Google+. Strong customer focused personality, comfortable with communicating to larger business groups. Experienced in facilitating and running workshops as well as updating and creating training material and knowledge articles. Prior Experience with social media, mobile, or analytic technologies are a plus. Fluent in English and German.
