Nuix/E-Discovery Consultant (Contract)
Job Description
- This role is an E-Discovery support function to acquire, search, organize and present key electronic records (mainly but not exclusively email) to support confidential/sensitive Legal and H.R. enquiries and investigations.
- The role includes developing and enhancing existing process documentation to ensure that delivery of material is efficient and consistent.
- The role will require effective coordination with other IT teams to acquire records that are not directly accessible.
Requirements
- Familiarity with Nuix/E-Discovery tools
- Familiar with standard Nuix/E-Discovery methodology.
- Scripting ability to allow ad hoc requests to process unstructured data to be effectively handled (eg Perl, Python) is desirable
- Microsoft Office & Electronic Mail
- Awareness of trading/market data IM (eg Reuters, Bloomberg) functionality.
- Ability to engage effectively to internal Clients (notably General Counsel and H.R.)
- A high degree of discretion is required for this role.
- Excellent documentation skills to ensure that key processes are documented in an effective manner.
- Fluency in English
Contract Details
- Start: 15.06.2015
- Duration: 6 months (extension highly possible)
