On behalf of our client, one of the most established financial institutions worldwide, Swisslinx are looking for a dynamic Project Analyst/Management Consultant, ideally with two to five years' project work on behalf of a large consulting company in the financial services industry.
This is a 6 month contract with a strong chance of extension based in Zurich, Switzerland.
Project Analyst/Management Consultant, Banking (Contract, Zurich)
Working in a team of highly motivated professionals and program specialists within a global consulting organization, your role will be to support cross divisional projects across the bank as well as support the organization plan and execute major initiatives by employing industry best practices. These projects cover a wide range of topics from regulatory, organizational design, efficiency and process improvement and IT implementations.
In order to be considered for this role, you will possess the following skills:
- Excellent university degree (preferably in Economics/Management, Science, Information Technology) or equivalent
- 2-5 years professional experience working on projects within the management consulting or financial services industry
- Broad Project Management know-how (eg regulatory developments, Operational Excellence/Six Sigma, post-merger integration, change management, organizational design and strategy development)
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, superior attention to detail, and a highly client oriented attitude
- Excel, PowerPoint, and presentation skills
- Constructive approach to your work and to a feedback culture combined with the drive to continually develop yourself and your working environment
- Very good written and spoken English, German an advantage
