Activities
To support the CLIENT Digital Operations Specialist in maintaining the overall delivery of CLIENT.com operations on all devices and Apps:
- Supervise website and mobile apps maintenance (Incident and Change Management)
- Troubleshoot, and coordinate digital platforms daily operations with counterparts from all CLIENT.com 3rd parties (vendors, product delivery teams, business) to resolve issues based on priorities defined by CLIENT Digital Ops Specialist;
- Assist the CLIENT Digital Ops Specialist to monitor SLA and implement relevant action plans for the continuous improvement of the service
- Coordinate the delivery of Service Requests/tasks
- Act as a leader for live operations: coordinate all preparation activities prior to events, supervise events operations with technical and business teams and consolidate post- match night reports. Follow up on all post match night report activities with relevant teams and suppliers
- Manage ad operations and safeguard the advertising rights of our commercial partners on all digital properties
- Support the admin of JIRA and Confluence
- Project manage some transformation work streams to take our digital operations to the future, in particular how to embrace DevOps culture and implement Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)

Website development background or understanding
Profile
Experience: minimum 2 - 3 years proven experience in maintenance of web applications in a web agency or within a web unit
Strong interest in web technical problem solving
Education: University degree or equivalent in the fields of computer science
Languages: English fluent/mother tongue, French desired
