For a project at our client‘s site, an international bank based near Bern, we are looking for an experienced

German Speaking Requirements Engineer – Application Development (4733)

The IT Mortgages / Risk Management team provides application development services for various business areas of the bank all over the world. This position focuses on Risk Management Solutions. The team is responsible for Supervisory Control and Tracking applications.

Your Qualifications:

-Several years of experience as a Requirements Engineer of Business Rule-, Screen- and Interface Requirements, preferably within Risk area
-Strong knowledge of the financial sector as well as processes within banks
-Solid Testing knowhow, experienced JIRA, Polarion or Quality Center user
-Strong soft skills to handle stakeholders with different backgrounds (Solution engineers, Project Managers, Programmers, Offshore resources, Testers etc.)
-Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written), good understanding of German

Your Responsibilities:

-Perform stakeholder analysis and planning of requirement engineering activities
-Support Business Partners in elaboration of clear and comprehensible requirements
-Tight collaboration with Business Partners, IT Application Owners, Project Managers and Test Managers
-Analysing, documenting management and communication of requirements, describing of processes and proposing of improvements between IT and Business side
-Assure quality measures in collaboration with Test Manager and Test Engineer
