For a long term project at our client‘s site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for an experiencedFull-Stack Java Developer (4604)
This role will be part of one of the Project Teams that delivers new and/or enhanced functionalities for Applications/Components.
Your Qualifications:
- 5+ years working experience as a full-stack Java Developer front to back, with emphasis on back end development
- 2+ years working experience in implementing UI components and software solutions using HTML5/CSS3, SASS/JavaScript ES5 or ES 6
- Excellent knowledge of object oriented programming patterns and principles
- Strong software design and modeling skillset including UML know-how
- Knowledge of databases and SQL (preferably ORACLE)
- Experienced with RESTful web services
- Knowledge in Angular JS, Typescript and Angular 2+ is a strong plus
- Ability to guide junior developers and assign tasks to team members
- Fluent in English (oral/written) - German is a plus
Your Responsibilities:
- Take over a technical lead role within one delivery team
- Coach other developers and support the team in utilizing the developer’s individual skills efficiently
- Implement high quality, reusable and well tested Software Solutions (frontend as well as backend)
- Design and contribute to prepare architectural decisions and deliver accurate detailed estimations
- Work closely with other departments to elaborate technical solutions
