For our client, a pharmaceutical company in Switzerland, we are looking for a motivated and ambitious:
PEGA LSA Senior Architect
Project background:
Our client is currently in the process of upgrading their platform from Pega version 7.1.6 on Legacy cloud architecture to version 7.2.2 on the new cloud architecture. Within scope of this activity, they need a senior Pega expert to work as part of the platform team.
Tasks:
- Provide support to business and project teams for solving complex issues related to the upgrade
- Contribute to setup of parallel environments, application and data migration
- Review design of important components to ensure scalability and reusability
- Ensure that projects adhere to ICC guidelines and architecture
- Analyze environment related health and performance issues and provide recommendations
- Support the development & execution of global platform governance
- Contribute to development of the enterprise layer components
- Consulting application projects developing on the platform on the enterprise class structure, best practices in development, etc.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of Pega experience and must have been involved in end to end implementation for at least 2-3 Pega projects.
- LSA (= Lead System Architects) certification (at least Part 1)
- Hands on experience in Pega 7 features
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Hands on experience in independently designing the Enterprise class structure
- Knowledgeable about add on components like BIX, IAC, Pega mobile, and PDC
- Good knowledge of integration technologies and architectures such as SOAP, REST, JMS, etc.
Nice to Have:
+++ Experience with Pega upgrade and migration projects
+++ Experience with Pega 7.2
++ Experience working in a cloud environment
++ Experience with good SDLC practices
+ Experience working in a regulated industry - GCP and CSV knowledge is preferred.
+ Experience with automated testing of Pega applications
Start date: ASAP (latest 1.06.2017)
End date: 30.11.2017 plus possible extension
