Role Purpose:
The Enterprise DWH Developers support, maintain and implement data solutions for Private Banking DWH and:
-Works with DWH Architect, Business Analysts and Subject Matter Experts to design data solutions and models.
-Is responsible for Incident management and 3rd level support for DWH applications and databases.
-Is responsible for effort estimation, technical specification, development and documentation within the DWH life cycle.
Key Accountabilities:
-Support, maintenance and development of our ETL (SAP Data Services) adhering to the Logical Data Models set by the DWH Architect
-Discover and analyse customers' business and technical requirements and deliver industry state-of-the-art solutions
-Collaborate with the Strategic Projects team and technical delivery teams to bring our customers state of the art and innovative IT solutions
Required Skills:
-Minimum 3 years of experience as Enterprise Data Ware House Developer
-Candidates must have a deep understanding of PL/SQL supporting, tuning and developing in Oracle environments (11g/12c) and SAP Data Services ETL.
-Strong working understanding of Data Ware Housing methodologies
-Strong knowledge of Kimball Dimensional Modelling
-Good knowledge of Banking systems, preferably in Avaloq platform
-Proven knowledge of Datamodelling with a good dimensional modelling background.
-Good communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to lay audiences
-Team player with experience collaborating cross-team and sites to ensure successful delivery of solutions
-Strong conceptual and analytical skills - demonstrating outside-the-box problem solving skills
-Entrepreneurial and pragmatic in approach
Nice to have:
-Avaloq Certified Professional
-German skills are a plus
Education: BSc or higher degree
Languages: Excellent spoken and Written skills in English is a must
