Hardware Support Spcialist wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.
Your experience/skills:
- Strong IT background and proficient technical skills
- Experience as an IT Supporter, IT Floorwalker, Hardware Rollout or similar
- Good technical knowledge in the area of mobile phones, tablets and PCs
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German would be an asset
Your tasks:
- Assisting users with the first logins on their laptop and giving them an introduction on the system
- Incident management from initial contact through ticketing, user interactions and fixes to ticket closure
- Securing correct documentation and accurate "Incident Passover" to Tech Centers and Solver Groups
- Taking care of incidents and requests which are assigned by the dispatcher
- Ensuring stable and well performed IT environment by resolving scientists' issues in a timely and efficient manner
