DPM Developer (TIBCO)# Work
1. Act as developer for Deployment Platform Management (DPM) application.
The DPM application coordinates in the training environment the configuration of the Situation Generator, the software deployment of 1:1 customer system and the mapping of working position to Back End groups.
2. Collaborate with Simulation/Training Solution Architects to design and develop DPM application.
3. Collaborate with Simulation/Training Solution Architects and future Training Environment Operator to design and develop GUI for DPM application.
4. Collaborate with Simulation/Training Solution Architects and Virtualization Experts to design and develop software interface between DPM application and deployment tooling chain.
5. Evaluate in collaboration with Simulation/Training Solution Architects alternatives for DPM application to drive configuration of Situation Generator and Customer system (proof of concept).
6. Collaborate with Simulation/Training Solution Architects and customer Supplier to develop adapter to functional system to exchange training session configuration data between DPM application and functional system.

1. Experience with development of application/services in a SOA environment.
2. Experience with development of GUI for application/services in a SOA environment.
3. Experience with, standards that enable Service Oriented Architecture, and allow building/compiling an SOA application, such as:
Web Services Description Language (WSDL)
Universal Description, Discovery and Integration (UDDI)
WS-Policy
WS-Security
WS-Reliable messaging
Simple Object Access protocol (SOAP)
Representational State Transfer (REST)
4. Proven experience in following technologies:
JAVA
XML
Various Web UI Standards (HTML5, Jscript, CSS, etc)
5. Excellent oral and written communication in English.
6. Team player with excellent inter-personal skills to participate in workshops with domain experts as well as collaboration with team colleagues. Good stakeholder management and moderation skills
