Developer wanted for our Bellinzona based client in the banking sector. Your experience/skills: Background in development using C++, .Net, Web, UNIX (Solaris), and a major RDBMS preferably within financial environment Expertise in Shell Scripting and Perl as well as solid experience with all phases of the systems development lifecycle along with knowledge of Sybase ASE (15) Excellent understanding of standard change control policies and procedures plus experience working in an IT environment with rigorous change control procedures Proven track record of delivering to specification and to deadlines along with strong IT commercial experience Languages: fluent English both written and spoken Your tasks: Being in charge of changes that go through multiple tiers including feed processing, risk calculations and exposure reporting Designing and achieving new server functionality along with drafting code to implement business logic Documenting and amending stored procedures in the Sybase/SQL Server databases Working directly with allocated project managers, business analysts, external IT and business teams to implement change requests and new features Supporting the team with existing systems where required as well as employing standards, architectures, and processes to ensure that all code and development practices conform to company guidelines and industry best practices Contributing in the entire aspects of the project lifecycle, following stringent rules and procedures for testing and promoting code in compliance with company change control processes Start: Duration: 06MM++ Location: Bellinzona, Switzerland Ref.Nr.: BH 9423 Does that sound interesting?
