SAP Solution architect CRM Consultant Needed

We're urgently looking for an Solution Architect with strong social service experience. French is mandatory as well as should the consultant have experience in CRM on prem.
We have an expert supporting this project 3 days a weeks since begining of 2016. This project is in French and will continue until end 2017.
We are looking for a French speaking solution architect in Public sector with service social expertise able to start the realization phase 3 days a week from ASAP until end 2017.The domains covered are the subsides and the contentieux.
Ideal candidate should be expert in Public sector, French speaker (mandatory) with social service (particularly grant management for grantor) expertise. The role is a solution architect role therefore it is important to have this experience
