About our client
Our client is a global well-known pharmaceutical company with headquarters in Switzerland.
On behalf of our client, Swisslinx is currently looking for a Coordinator. It is a contract position based in Basel.
In this position you will be responsible for a portfolio of business solutions and components, mainly for Group Risk Management, Financial Compliance and Patent. You will be the primary contact for the customer and interface to internal/external partners.
Your mission
- Monitor support service from our near shore support organization (3 applications)
- Act as component owner for the Risk Management solution
- Overviews ongoing pilots
- Responsible to manage the annual Change Cycle for Financial Compliance
Your background
- Experience in a similar position as an interface between IT and business
- Good technical skills to support IT application
- Experience with Financial Compliance, Audit, Risk Management or Legal
- Ability and eagerness to interact with a variety of stakeholders, vendors and internal IT partners
- ITIL
- Fluency in English
