Time and Absence Business Analyst - Geneva, Switzerland - Contract - £600+ p/day - 3 months +

A very prestigious organisation in Geneva, Switzerland, is seeking an Time and Absence Business

Knowledge of French is highly desirable.

Required Qualifications:

Education

Essential:
First-level university degree in information technology, computer science or a related field.

Desirable:
Certification in system architecture, such as TOGAF, and/or project management, eg PRINCE2 or Agile

Skills:

Essential: 

  • Expert in Peoplesoft 9.2 in particular Absence module, Global Payroll and Time and Labour
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to maintain effective partnerships and working relations in a multi-cultural, multi-ethnic environment with sensitivity and respect for diversity.
  • Ability to work in a methodical, analytical and data driven manner and to prioritize tasks in order to manage multiple demands, deadlines and conflicting requirements

  • Competent user of Microsoft Office applications including Project, Word, Excel, Visio Outlook, PowerPoint and the Internet, and the ability to adapt quickly to new software. Distinctive analytical thinking and ability to analyze and design complex workflows and processes.

  • Integrity and high quality standard levels

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Desirable:

  • Understanding of international/public sector organizations
  • Experience in delivering Time Management projects in other large organizations.

Languages:
Essential:
Excellent knowledge of English.
