Main purpose of the job:
- Ensures all the projects under Sales & Operations program are delivered on time and with high quality
- Sets & communicates relevant process and methodology: get countries' requests to setup a rolling roadmap
Main responsibilities:
- As part of the eCommerce Operations team at the global HQ, the Sales & Operations Project Manager will work with E-commerce teams located in the markets and at HQ to identify improvements to existing website features which will drive sales and improve day-to-day operations
- They will define a new methodology and processes to translate the needs from key stakeholders at HQ and in the markets into business requirements and prioritise them to create a rolling roadmap of new developments
- They will manage this roadmap working with other departments at HQ, in particular with the IS/IT organisation, ensuring deadlines are met and developments are done according to specifications
- As a change agent within the organisation, they will communicate progress within HQ and to the markets, follow-up through implementation and oversee post-launch activities (eg documentation, KPIs, handovers, etc.)
Key skills:

The right candidate will have at least 4 years of E-commerce experience, ideally running large-scale websites (content management, A/B testing, etc.) alongside an IS/IT department (with development cycles, technical specifications, etc.)
Proven stakeholder management within a large Matrix organisation is required in addition to strong project management skills
Experience in managing digital operations (processes, guidelines, KPI management, etc.) is a strong plus
