For a six month contract at our clients' site, a global bank in Zurich, we are looking for a
Senior IT Business Analyst - Compliance and Operational Risk (3933)
You'll be working in the Compliance and Operational Risk team. The scope of this team is to provide custom-made software for our clients' business divisions. In this team you will ensure to understand the needs and implement according solutions for our clients' business partners.
Your Qualifications:
- 8 + years experience applying business analysis techniques
- Business knowledge in the area of compliance and operational risk in the field of financial crime
- The ability to interpret a set of technical requirements
- Knowledge of how to develop robust solutions
- An understanding of the software development life cycle
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills
- Passionate about supporting the development of IT systems and applications
- Technically savvy with an appreciation for IT capability
- Adaptable, able to work across teams and functions
- Fluent in English
Your Role:
- Determine required IT business solutions and assist in implementing them
- Conduct requirements-gathering activities, like evaluating services, using a variety of internal and external data and conducting stakeholder interviews
- Support the business engineer by describing the business processes, including the organizational structures involved
- Assist in quality control and project management
- Identify people and systems impacted by functional and non-functional requirements
