Quality Analyst - Online Shopping and E-commerce wanted for our Zurich based client in the IT Software sector.
Your experience/skills:
- Expertise in shopping quality evaluation/analysis
- Solid working experience as a quality operations analyst
- Good knowledge of SQL is advantageous
- Passion in online shopping and E-commerce
- Languages: fluent English and Turkish both written and spoken, speaking other languages would be a big plus
Your tasks:
- Reviewing offers manually and confirming third parties' results
- Recovering issues using the existing tools and/or reporting them to follow up with engineering teams
- Assessing shopping search results along with identifying issues and interests in order to Improve the quality of the E-commerce services
- Cooperating with cross functional teams to derive and upgrade quality and productivity of reporting strategies
- Establishing and allocating practices for data quality investigation and analysis
