Frontend Developer, Basel - Pharmaceutical

On behalf of our client, one of the biggest pharmaceutical players based in the Basel, we are looking for a Frontend Developer with proven experience in JavaScript, HTML, CSS and strong experience with Angular and React in addition to good understanding of UI/UX design.
This is a contracting position starting ASAP until end of the year with the option of an extension.
Project Background:
You as the Frontend Lead Engineer will be the main developer of a single page web application based on angular.js and react.js.
Performing in this role you will have following responsibilities:
- UI design and development of the future versions of the application
- Technical support of the existing productive application
- Participation in projects as a Front End lead
- Interaction with business analyst regarding requirements
You bring for this role the following qualifications:
- Master degree in computer science or equivalent
- 3 years' experience on front and web development
- Strong Front End background with JavaScript, HTML, CSS
- Very Good understanding for UI/UX
- Good experience with Angular and React
- Experience with Git is considered as an advantage
- Basic SQL knowledge
- Understanding of Java/Hibernate (will be highly appreciate)
- Experience with Front End tooling (eg Grunt, NPM, Webpack)
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English
- Pro-active mindset with strong self-organizing skills
- Ability to interact with end users and interpret requirements in business language
