Project Manager (Planning and Forecasting)
On behalf of our client, a leading global bank, we are looking for an English speaking Project Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the rollout of a Bank-wide planning and forecasting solution to individual business divisions and legal entities within the Bank. For this contract position based in Zürich, Switzerland, our client is looking for a candidate who can start as soon as possible.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Ownership for creation and maintenance of rollout project plan
- Prepare and run Operational Committees composed of senior operational stakeholders and subject matter experts
- Organize and drive workshops with operational leads
- Document gaps between Template and client expectations in the form of business requirements
- Represent business requirements and solution proposals to senior subject matter experts in central governance bodies
- Come up with functional design proposals and drive solution finding process
You must possess:
- At least 4 years as a Project Manager
- Proven Business Analyst experience as this role will be a hybrid PM/BA role
- In-depth knowledge of Financial Planning and Forecasting processes and Oracle Hyperion Planning technology
- IT flair
