For our banking client in Zurich, we are looking for a
Solution Engineer/Requirement Engineer Scanning & Digitalization
Start: ASAP
Duration: 12 Months
Location: Guemligen

- Translate business requirements into standardized IT specifications
- Challenge Business requirements during elicitation in terms of priority, risk impact, TCO and regulatory compliance
- Chance to work closely with business partners and IT teams (eg architects, solution engineers and testers) and to ensure a common understanding
- Plan and execute releases
- Integrate new scanning solutions to the existing scanning platform
- Find solutions on the basis of customer requirements
- Subproject management for scanning projects
- Close collaboration with internal customers (digitalization center, international scanning locations)
- Support of application- and interface testing
- Workspace: Gümligen (Bern)
You offer
Must:
- 3-5 years of work experience
- Completed education with technical background (Informatiker/in EFZ, Uni, FH, Wirtschaftsinformatik)
- Proven track record of at least 3 years as Requirement Engineer or alternatively 5 years in other roles within IT
- Basic knowledge of Linux (RedHat) & Windows Server
- Team player
- Strong analytical skills (critical thinking, problem solving, decision making)
- Flexible, self-reliant, proactive and exact work execution
- Very good communication skills (English, German)
Advantage:
- Leadership skills (project coordination)
- Experience with scanning-/digitalization solutions
- Certification in Requirement Engineering
- General IT (eg IT architecture concepts, IT processes) and banking knowhow
- Basic knowledge in Perl & Shell Scripting
