Agile Technical Coach - SCRUM Master - wanted for our Zurich based client within the financial Services sector. The successful candidate will be working with operational teams (IT and business users) to enable them to become agile and reach a high level of technical engineering.
Your experience/skills:
- 10+ years of operational experience in an IT environment, including 2+ years as a Scrum Master (operational management agile, agile project management)
- Expertise in XP and Agile technical practices as well as tools for the .NET and Java platforms, including Software Factories (Continuous Factories: Continuous Delivery, DevOps, SOLID Code, TDD to ATDD and BDD)
- Solid understanding of the following tools:
- Build/Packaging; Jenkins, Hudson, Maven, Nexus
- SCM: Git
- BDD: Specflow, Cucumber
- Test Coverage
- Clean Code: Checkstyle, FxCop
- Coaching experience will be preferred
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German would be a big plus
Your tasks:
- Merging the entity "Agile Center" in charge of the transformation of the agile projects and application maintenance teams
- Preparing initial diagnosis in workshops, and definition of the vision of the team
- Establishing a backlog of the transformation with user stories the team, the actors, the values and principles to follow
- Providing objectives of the transformation as a guideline and measuring the benefits of agility in the context of the team
- Reviewing the smart-goals, inspecting/adapting the Coaching Posture as well as supporting the team to implement a continuous improvement process
- Enabling the coachee-team to "self-focus" on its transformation to become agile.
