Communications and Change Management Specialist-IT, Contract, Basel
For our Pharmaceutical client in the Basel Area, we are seeking a Communications and Change Management Specialist.
Start Date: 9th May 2016
End Date: 30th September 2016
Location: Basel Area
Language: English + German/French is a plus
For global informatics project, which will deploy a global videostreaming and video-on-demand solution and portal accessible to all our Client's users, we are looking for a specialist in following three areas: training, communication and change management.
Your Role:
. Support the Project Workstream Change Management & Communications Lead with various planning and coordination activities relating to change management, communications and training
. Provide inputs to the respective strategies for change management and communication and training
. Create and review communication materials for end-users and specific user groups according to the communications strategy
Your experience:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in as a Communications Specialist within IT area
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to impart ideas in both technical and user-friendly language - English essential, other languages definitely a plus eg German, Spanish and French
- Experience in writing and creating communications materials
- Experience in providing training to users eg as an IT Trainer - the candidate would not need to carry out trainings, but to prepare the training material
- Strong customer service orientation
Preferred skills:
+++ Experience with training, change management and communications in large global IT projects
+++ Experience with international projects
++ Certification in Prosci Organization Change Management/Familiar with the ADKAR Model
+ Degree in Communications
