My client is looking a ITSM developer with C# experience to for a bespoke project based in Switzerland.
The IT Service Management tool being used by my client is Cherwell Software however experience of working with ServiceNow or Remedy is desirable, an overview of the role is below.
Description:
a) Develop and deploy Cherwell functionality
b) develop and maintain interfaces using C-Sharp and web services
c) Design, develop and manage interfaces with other systems
d) Support scope and design of new configurations and maintain documentation
e) Provide new functionality
f) Adapt existing functionality
g) 3rd level on call support
h) careful change management and coordination of Cherwell blueprints between different projects and developers
The project is remote working and 3months minimum.
