For a 6 month project at our client's site, an international bank in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced
Subject Matter Expert - Banking Process Management & Design (3577)
In this role you will drive improvement and development of processes and process frameworks of Software Development processes (SDLC) and global application delivery operational processes.
You will also act as a consultant for projects, working groups and other stakeholders and represent process view in various steering committees.
Your skills and qualifications
- 5 + years of experience in process management
- Experience in Banking Software Development processes, especially SDLC/RUP of advantage
- Solid background in banking and global environments is a must
- Knowledge of BPMN (Business Process Model & Notation) required
- Confluence, SharePoint and Visio would be an advantage
- Ability to lead a team, co-ordinate tasks, knowledge transfer
- Good command of English (oral/written), German speaking would of advantage
Responsibilities within the Application Delivery Process Management Team:
- Supports process design for operating model for Group Application Delivery
- Coaches and supports a team with process experts
- Coaches and supports process owners and managers in their process design activities
- Communicates all changes related to process management to the organization
- Plans and schedules training of the employees involved in process activities
- Defines guidelines and rules of process management
- Conducts process assessments
- Is responsible for convergence Application Delivery Process Web (Documentation repository) with IT Process repository
- Is part of several IT transformation initiatives
