Solution Architect wanted for our Zurich based client in the banking sector.
Your tasks:
- Maintaining large, transformational programs for the enterprise like custom application development, business partner systems integration, vendor software selection, deployment and customization
- Translating functional and non-functional business requirements into technical designs
- Collaborating with stakeholders drawn from IT and business to develop architecture for processes related to the company's initiatives
- Managing delivery leads with respect to business process, application architecture, database modelling and infrastructural or deployment needs
- Performing project leadership and total cost analysis
Your experience/skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems or related field equivalent work experience may be considered
- 15 years of experience in specification, design, development and maintenance of enterprise-scale mission critical distributed systems with demanding functional and non-functional requirements
- 10 years of experience successfully leading the architecture of large, integrated enterprise-level projects with multiple integration points and associated stakeholder groups
- 10 years of experience with SOA concepts, including the design and construction of web/data services, interface specifications and security mechanisms
- 10 years of experience designing and building complex solutions and applications with relational databases
- 10 years of logic algorithms, design patterns, optimizations and other development approaches
- 10 years of Web and other Front End components and technologies
- 8 years of hands-on, direct experience in delivering complex Server Side solutions in modern Object Orientated languages
- Exposure to technologies like MS SQL Server, Oracle DB, C#, Java, ETL (Informatica), Tableau, HTML5, JavaScript
- Know-how of Agile methodology, Scaled Agile framework, Scrum/Kanban delivery approaches
