For a major international client in Canton of Vaud, we are looking for a:
Digital Business Analyst
to act as Functional experts of eCommerce platforms, collecting business requirements and analyse them in order to produce Functional Specifications and/or configuration specifications
Responsibilities will include:
Collect Business requirements raised by HQ departments and/or markets, and their analysis to produce functional specifications
- Requirement sign-off from the stakeholders
- Specifications sign-off from the stakeholders
Follow up the development with the development teams and external companies to answer functional questions and review functional impacts of technical decisions
- Delivered scope sign-off during Business Acceptance Tests
Ensure project deliverables and quality. Test and validate the proposed developments/improvements for the implementation.
Provide appropriate documentation, training and coaching to the Business Project Managers and ensure the follow-up of the installation/deployment.
- Documentation and change management plan are ready before Deployment gate
Answer the various requests from users to provide support on incidents qualified as Level 3 (expert analysis/resolution required) during the aftercare of the projects. Ensure the handover to the IS support organization.
- Project handover signed-off by Support Team
Collaborates with the Project Manager to identify risks and issues.
- Risks are managed according to Risk Management process
Candidates must be able to demonstrate:
- Degree in Information Systems Management with proven experience in Web solutions, eCommerce Mobile and Retail experience
- Business Analysis background ideally with IIBA certification (at least 2-3 years), including requirement elicitation, and functional specification redaction
- Excellent eCommerce and/or CRM as well as Retail Omni-channel skills
- Exposure to System analysis to train others
- Ability to practice basic IT Software life cycle
- Good communication skills in English and French (fluent)
- Mobility: the position may involve international travelling
This is a contract position with an international client until the end of 2016 in the first instance.
The client is located on Lake Geneva, in canton of Vaud.
Info-Tech will provide advice and support through your relocation if you are working in Switzerland for the first time.
