Introduction:
Since its founding in 1997 ITech Consult AG has expanded its network of freelance IT continuously. Today we have access to over 30,000 reported IT specialists (developers, system specialists, project managers, supporters, etc.). So we are able to present computer science professionals with the required profiles in a short term.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
-Carrying out analytical activities and all software development tasks
-Incorporating technical and operational requirements into IT solutions
-Support the development team in using standard HPSM interface, answer technical questions, participate in meeting, connection testing meeting
-Support with configuring email, IT standard functionality to open case from HPSM to Neocase Scope approved by business:
-How we connect Neocase-HPSM
-Suggest the best alternatives that HPSM WebService can be connected to Neocase
Required Skills:
-5-10 years' experience in HPSM development
-Neocase experience is not necessary for this role, the candidates will be rated on HPSM experience
-Most of the work can be done remotely - please make sure however, that the candidate will need to be present for 2-3 weeks in total (especially in the beginning for the Onboarding)
