Associate Project Manager (m/f)

Your Skills
- Proactive personality with good communication skills.
- Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- MS Visio.
- MS Project & VBA for Excel would be an additional asset.
- Self-motivated and very interested in project management.
- Interest in the diagnostics sector and products.
- Good team player.

Your Tasks
- Support of project organizations regarding preparation of project status/progress reports
- Support of project setup (eg project charter, scope statements, project handbook, etc.), project planning, project implementation, progress- & cost control, and project closing
- Support project leader in updating and monitoring of the project schedule
- Proposes options to close gaps and get projects back on schedule
- Guides and coordinates preparation of project milestone
- Supervising progress in the projects and informing the project leader in case of discrepancies and suggesting respective solutions
- Manages project information to support project teams, management teams (eg project steering, platform steering, Life Cycle teams, etc.), and decision making
- On demand administrative support of Team Leads and Head of PMO

Additional tasks, duties and responsibilities
- Project Management, Commercial Apprenticeship, Communications, or equivalent (1 to 2 years of experience)
