For a long term project at our clients‘ site, a global bank based here in Zurich, we are looking for aSenior IT Business Analyst – Credential Management / IAM (3482)
The successful candidate will join a project within the banks' security program. Experience working with virtual teams and IAM are a clear advantage to be successful.
Qualifications:
-Proven track record as Senior Business Analyst
-Proven work experience in the Public Key Infrastructure, preferable with Microsoft CA
-Experience and solid know-how in Identity & Access Management (IAM)
-Experience in the field of mobile devices
-Knowledge of Citrix technology is a clear asset
-An appreciation and understanding of IT security concepts and controls (e.g. TOGAF, NIST)
-Proficient English skills (in speech and writing)
Responsibilities:
-Stakeholder Management
-Information gathering activities such as surveying, analyzing and evaluating processes, products and services, by using a variety of internal and/or external data
-Capture and document business requirements
-Assist with the documentation and development of operating models, processes, roles and responsibilities matrices
-Assist with communication and end user guides
