Alpina HR is looking for a Senior SAP Program Manager with deep experience of SAP Analytics with the following modules: SAP HANA –BO- BWPermanent role (or Contract)
Required skills for the job:
At least 15+ years of overall experience with 5+ years of Program/Project management experience
Strong SAP Analytics experience (SAP BW, BO and HANA)
Large program delivery experience (at least 25+ direct and 150+ extended team)
Experience with Global team handling – Will work in a team based out of US and Europe in onsite and near-shore locations
Experience and capability to manage multi-cultural team (European, Asian, American, etc.)
Be able to lead large teams of consultants
Strong SAP project implementation experience
Business Development experience by anchoring proposals and sales discussions
Based in Basel and open to travel to near-shore locations as needed for weekly 1-2 days, as needed – Spain, Italy, Czech and occasional travel to Mexico.
Must speak fluent English
French - German and Swiss German a big advantage
