For our pharmaceutical client in Basel, we are seeking a Service Manager/Supporter
Start Date: 1st January 2016
End Date: 31st December 2016
Location: Basel
Language: English & German (fluent in both)
Your Role
Hands on technical support for non-standard IT solutions including label printers, Scala, training room PC's, tablets, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10, IOS, MacOS, Citrix, Bomgar.
PC life cycle replacement scheduling.
Designing and drawing processes
Training
Documenting
Solutions creation.
Working closely in a highly matrixed organization.
Your skills/Experience
Network Architecture - 6 years
OS System Design - 5 years
Apprenticeship in IT or degree mandatory
5 years in a IT support role.
English/German as business languages
