For a six months project at our banking client based in Zurich we look for an experiencedSenior Business Analyst - Pricing Express Payments & Investigations (3383)
In this role you will work in a small team consisting of IT and business partners based in Zurich (4-8 people). You will drive the pre-inception phase and contribute to the design and documentation of upcoming business requirements in that space.
Required skills:
Proven experience in payments area
PEGA systems knowledge highly preferred
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Independent, systematic and structured approach and way of working (e.g. Use Cases, Activity Diagrams, UML)
Requirements engineering experience
Initiative acting and dedicated commitment as well as excellent organizational skills and keen perception
High awareness of quality and deadlines
A very good command of German and English (corporate Language for any documentation is English, understanding German is a must)
Good communications and interpersonal skills
Ability to communicate on different levels (business counterparts, IT architects, developers, application responsible of the affected applications)
Tasks:
Analyze the current state
Do an impact analysis of the affected systems (payments and interfaces to pricing & channels systems)
Capture the functional context and most important requirements and constraints
Evaluate alternatives and demonstrate feasibility of proposed solutions
Write software requirement specifications
Teamwork and cross-discipline collaboration
