We are currently looking for a Senior Project Assistant for a global pharmaceutical company based in Basel (Switzerland) that would be a 6 months contract, possible to be extended.
The successful Senior Project Assistant will provide project management support by actively supporting project managers and carrying out project controlling.
The aim of the project is to support the Project Manager with two projects within IT group communications. One project is already on-going, the other is currently in the initial phase.
Qualification:
- 5 year's experience within a similar position, (Senior Project assistant).
- At least 2 year's experience in coordinating and assisting projects, preferably multiple projects at the same time
- Experience in planning, coordinating and tracking of project progress in accordance with project plan
- Use of PM tools like Smartsheet or MS Project (2years)
- Good understanding of IT in general
- Fluency in English
- Very good communication skills
- Needed: the successful candidate must have been a professional experience at Roche.
