For a longer term project at our banking client based in Zurich we look for a
German speaking IT Business Analyst - Financial products/banking background (3367)
In this interesting role you will be working in an important regulatory MiFID II Initiative within the bank, involving a 3rd party fee management application for structured products. You will be working closely with a Senior Solution architect, translating the business requirements into IT solutions. To be successful in this role, conversational German skills would be big advantage.
Your qualifications:
- 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst in IT requirements engineering space in Banking
- Exposure to regulatory environment would be an asset
- Solid experience with data flow diagrams, use cases, non-functional requirements, epics, user stories, UML
- Excellent communication skills (incl. presentations)
- Knowledge of processes: trading & execution; advisory & sales
- Know-how of financial products: listed & OTC
- Experiencde in elicitation, specification, modelling and quality assurance
- Excellent analytical skills
- Agile (Scrum) approaches working with JIRA/Confluence etc. would be an advantage
- Basic knowledge of SQL would be a plus
- Languages: Fluent in English, German nice to have
Your responsibilities include:
- Translate business requirements into system requirements
- Specify technical interfaces between systems
- Specify detailed reporting capabilities
- Extensive data (flow) analysis
- Liaise with business and IT stakeholders to identify requirements
- Create IT supplier requests and align with IT suppliers
- System requirements specifications
