Test Manager/Junior Business Analyst wanted for an international bank located in Zurich.
Your tasks:
As a Test Manager:
- Planning and managing the business UAT and end user trainings
- Coordinating the resolution of issues raised by the end users
- Working with the development team to implement automated test cases
- Arranging the MIS report for development, testing and support
As a Junior Business Analyst:
- Preparing and overseeing the implementation of detailed user stories for the development team and describing the related changes in existing business processes
- Developing interactive mock-ups and syndicate requirements
- Coordinating process changes on the business side with the relevant business stakeholders
Your experience/skills:
- Preferably a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or similar
- Knowledge of automated testing environments with experience in creating test cases from both user stories and through informal dialog with key users
- Background in Finance/Insurance sectors as well as an flexible approach on moving targets/changing requirements
- Know-how conducting business analysis in an agile environment and according tools (JIRA)
- Additive understanding of C# .net, MS SQL is beneficial
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German would be a plus
