For our banking client in Zurich we are looking for an
Experienced Requirement Engineer with securities knowledge
Start date: ASAP
Duration: 12 months minimum
Location: Zurich
Must have skills:
- University degree or similar education preferably in information technology or information management
- Requirements engineering experiences within financial institutions of > 5 years
- Very good understanding of the general core banking business
- Deep knowledge of securities, single accounts, FX and forward contract transactions processing incl. corporate actions, securitized and non securitizes options.
Nice to have:
- Working experience within Swiss banks
- Know-how within the area of German/Swiss Tax Reporting
- Booking systems knowledge
- Experience in using tools like JIRA, Polarion, Enterprise Architect 9.x
- Background in software development processes/life cycle
- Project management experience
Key Deliverables:
- Elicit and elaborate requirements, in the area of Client Tax Reporting for Germany and Switzerland
- Supports business in its duties through IT support and document it to provide a common understanding between the client who use the application and the IT people who built, test and maintain it now and in the future
- Understand business drivers and their priorities
- Model and Document requirements understandable for clients and subsequence roles within IT
- Ensure that specification of the user's needs is accurate
- Identify impact of changes on the existing requirements
- Provide inputs to a first test strategy for the application
- Provide input to the Project Manager for prioritizing requirements
