Junior Data Administrator - Copy Paste Data on to Excel. Student role - HP ALM - Excel
We are urgently looking for a Junior Data Administrator for a 2 weeks contract in a global company based in Basel (Switzerland).
The project is currently in testing phase, at its peak level and we need some support. To support this phase, a test management system called HP ALM (Application Lifecycle Manager) is used, in which user requirements, solutions, functional/design specifications and test scripts are captured and managed.
The tasks that the Junior Data Administrator will have to perform in HP ALM are the following:
- Make data updates to the solution statements
- Maintain the linkage between Solution statements and functional specification statements to ensure trace-ability
- Perform data quality checks in the functional specifications
Role qualifications & requirements:
- The candidate has experience with office applications like Excel.
- The candidate works in a detailed manner and can handle larger volumes of data.
- The candidate can speak and write in English.
- The candidate enjoys working in an international project team.
