Avalog Senior Business Analyst/Project Manager (CRM)
On behalf of our client, a leading global bank, we are looking for an English and German speaking Avalog Senior Business Analyst/Project Manager (CRM). The successful candidate will manage a CRM project to introduce new CRM functionality. For this contract position based in Zurich, Switzerland, our client is looking for a candidate who can start as soon as possible.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Business analysis, specification and implementation (parameterisation) in the area
- of CRM
- Management, RM Workplace, Frontline reporting
- Thorough understanding of the Wealth Business Processes, Products and Services
- Support business functions with technical tests in test- and integration environments
- Stakeholder management
- Service management and Change management
You must possess:
- Experience in working in an international team
- Fluent English written and spoken
- Technical know-how in operating systems, databases and applications
- Avaloq certification
- PL/SQL skills
- Project management
- 5 years plus experience in business analysis, consulting
- Experience in project management
- Proven experience of operating in a technical/IT environment with at least 5 years in
- application design and engineering and 3 years in project/program management
- At least 3-5 years of Banking experience in CRM area (Business Know How)
- At least 3-5 years of Avaloq experience
