Junior Application Supporter (w/m)
On behalf of our client, a leading global company within a financial institution, we are looking for a Junior Application Supporter. For this long-term contract position in Zurich our client is looking for an English speaking candidate who can as soon as possible.
We offer
- Exciting and varied position as Junior Application Supporter
- Responsibility for Batch monitoring, Console monitoring and incident management of about 45 applications
- Provide day-to-day Production Support
- Track and solve tickets and act as key stakeholder for the applications you are responsible for
- Manage communication with internal clients within the Business and other IT teams
- Investigate problems involving multiple systems
- Assistance in Problem Management Process
- Implementing of changes following the change management process and ensure compliance of production readiness
You offer
- Technical education
- 1-2 years' experience in IT Support (1st level Support)
- Basic knowledge of Control-M job scheduler or similar job scheduling system
- Strong team player
- Motivated Person
- Analytical and problem solving skills and an ability to operate under pressure
- High personal responsibility
