HR Connect is about the implementation of a new HR business solution powered by the cloud-based technology of HR system, which went live in September 2017 and is about to deliver phase of the implementation with further functionalities, enhancements and clean-up.Workload: 100%

Tasks:
• Analyse data discrepancies for improving data quality.
• Support in monitoring data transfer between the HR system and SAP.
• Configure HR applications.
• Support the HR Business Technology team in other everyday business activities.
Requirements:
• Ability to carry out data quality control and validation.
• Understanding of database models and design.
• Technical flair regarding configuration of applications.
• Thorough coordination and organisation skills.
• Committed, assertive and communicative personality.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio and Project).
• Knowledge of HR systems and/or SAP advantageous.
