We are looking for an experienced management consultant to set up and drive a process optimization project in the CFO organization at a global Financial Services company.The successful candidate will be available immediately to join our team in Zurich and will be willing to travel within Europe. We are looking for an experienced, hands-on and proactive personality to take charge of all responsibilities and steer the project successfully.
Job Responsibilities:
• Conduct a pre-study to define the scope, approach, and high-level business case
• Define a new operating model for several areas within the CFO organization
• Identify the potential for synergies and process optimization across various teams
• Formulate recommendations for senior management
• Plan, prepare and drive implementation and change activities
• Direct a team composed of internal and external resources
Required Skills:
. German fluent
• 5+ years of experience in management consulting / transformation / process optimization, of which several years as project manager
• Track record within CFO organization is a plus
• Excellent business analysis skills to assess and conceptualize required change
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
• Strong ability to work independently and manage one’s time
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills necessary to lead change
• Proficiency in visualization of concepts and creation of decision material for management based on MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Word
Miscellaneous:
• The project team and main stakeholders are based in Zurich, occasional travel will be required
• Start of the engagement is immediately (i.e. early September 2015)
• The expected duration of the engagement is 2-3 months with optional extension
